Replacement of item

It is possible to have the item changed at Seleverkstedet if you, for example, should be unlucky enough to have ordered the wrong size or something else. To make this as smooth as possible, you must send the item back to us.

  1. pack the shipment as you received the item
  2. Send the package with tracking number so that you ensure that it arrives safely to us
  3. We credit you for the paid sales price of the product (s) when we receive the item
  4. You order a new desired product

NB! Do not send the package back to us in cash, then it will not be picked up.

Requirements for goods to be exchanged:
The item (s) must be unused, in the original packaging and with all labels intact. NB! We recommend using the Norway package or other shipment with a tracking code so that you can follow the shipment safely to us.
