Where do we store information about you – and where do we share the information about you with others?
If you use Fjellpulken.no’s services, information will be stored in our internal systems, as well as with our IT suppliers that are necessary to operate our services.

Amazon Cloud Services (AWS)
All information stored in our cloud-based services is located at a data center operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Ireland.
Kibana is a tool for monitoring traffic / trends / log files. In Kibana, the following will be logged: IP address, browser, operating system and which pages are visited. A person can not be identified, but the IP address can be identified.
Postmark, Wildbit, LLC
Postmark is used to send all transaction-based e-mails from our cloud solutions. This includes, among other things, order confirmations, updated order confirmations, e-mail about a new user account, changed password, etc.
BIME Analytics (Zendesk, Inc.)
Bime is an analysis system for compiling statistics. Data can be shared with BIME to compile statistics. All statistics compiled are anonymised.
Handles credit card payments and payment redemption using Mystore Payments either online or using an in-store payment terminal.
When ordering Vipps, information such as e-mail address and name will be shared with Vipps to initiate an ordering process.
When ordering Klarna Checkout, information such as e-mail address / name / telephone number will be shared with Klarna to initiate an ordering process.
Gsuite at Google
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling e-mail, documents (G Disk). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored at Gsuite by Google
Zendesk is our system for handling email and chat correspondence. All incoming and outgoing emails as well as chat dialogs are stored at Zendesk.
Mailchimp is used for e-mail marketing or sending out newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Mailchimp.
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.
Mystore.no’s largest owner is Visma. Mystore shares data with several systems owned by the Visma Group, including Tripletex and E-conomic for bookkeeping.
Digital Ocean INC
Our website www.fjellpulken.no is located on Digital Ocean’s servers in the USA. Information registered on www.fjellpulken.no will be stored at Digital Ocean INC.
Communication through e-mail
We use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of Fjellpulken AS, you will regularly receive important information, as well as newsletters. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Insight and correction
You are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to email@example.com. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
