Privacy statement

This privacy statement applies to all business processes Fjellpulken AS and all Fjellpulken websites, domains, mobile solutions, cloud services, as well as Fjellpulken-branded websites (for example on Facebook).

The declaration provides information about data processing performed by Fjellpulken AS and determines the purpose and means of processing as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
Processing of personal data is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data can also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.

By providing us with your personal information, you accept the practices and terms described in this privacy statement.

If you have objections with regard to our processing of privacy, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Data Inspectorate.

Information collected
Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.fjellpulken.no when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our cloud services.

Where do we store information about you – and where do we share the information about you with others?
If you use Fjellpulken.no’s services, information will be stored in our internal systems, as well as with our IT suppliers that are necessary to operate our services.

Subcontractors we use

Amazon Cloud Services (AWS)
All information stored in our cloud-based services is located at a data center operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Ireland.

Kibana
Kibana is a tool for monitoring traffic / trends / log files. In Kibana, the following will be logged: IP address, browser, operating system and which pages are visited. A person can not be identified, but the IP address can be identified.

Postmark, Wildbit, LLC
Postmark is used to send all transaction-based e-mails from our cloud solutions. This includes, among other things, order confirmations, updated order confirmations, e-mail about a new user account, changed password, etc.

BIME Analytics (Zendesk, Inc.)
Bime is an analysis system for compiling statistics. Data can be shared with BIME to compile statistics. All statistics compiled are anonymised.

Adyen
Handles credit card payments and payment redemption using Mystore Payments either online or using an in-store payment terminal.

Vipps
When ordering Vipps, information such as e-mail address and name will be shared with Vipps to initiate an ordering process.

Klarna
When ordering Klarna Checkout, information such as e-mail address / name / telephone number will be shared with Klarna to initiate an ordering process.

Gsuite at Google
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling e-mail, documents (G Disk). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored at Gsuite by Google

Zendesk
Zendesk is our system for handling email and chat correspondence. All incoming and outgoing emails as well as chat dialogs are stored at Zendesk.

Mailchimp
Mailchimp is used for e-mail marketing or sending out newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Mailchimp.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.

Visma AS
Mystore.no’s largest owner is Visma. Mystore shares data with several systems owned by the Visma Group, including Tripletex and E-conomic for bookkeeping.

Digital Ocean INC
Our website www.fjellpulken.no is located on Digital Ocean’s servers in the USA. Information registered on www.fjellpulken.no will be stored at Digital Ocean INC.

Communication through e-mail
We use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of Fjellpulken AS, you will regularly receive important information, as well as newsletters. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.

Insight and correction
You are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to post@fjellpulken.no. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
